We have a vacancy for a Trainee Grounds Staff. This is a full time role based at the New Zealand Cricket High Performance Centre in Lincoln. You will be assisting with the preparation and presentation of playing surfaces and surrounds, helping with covering systems and the general work associated with hosting cricket tournaments.

Mark Garaway, Sam Lavery and David Hinchliffe get together to discuss cricket coaching and advice. There is a discussion on the idea of less equipment to help build player-coach relationships.
