"I have been going through a massive dilemma with my batting: How to watch the ball the right way. I've always followed the ball the whole way around in the delivery stride all away around when the ball is released. Is this wrong? I've practised the other way of looking into the potential release area (the box) during delivery stride to try and help me pick up the ball better to try and find the line and length a lot faster whole facing the quicks. Which way is right? I've tried both and can't decide. What do you guys recommend?"
