JOBS: International Cricket Academy Administrator - Elite International Sports Academy (Ageas Bowl)

Salary: £17k per annum

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Elite International Sports Academy (EISA) Manager to successfully operate the Ageas Bowl Indoor School and Coaching projects
  • Co-ordinate Indoor School bookings and promote the use of the facility
  • Build relationships and manage the stakeholders of the Indoor School effectively 
  • Ensure smooth operation of the Indoor School
  • Assist EISA Manager in the implementation of the Marketing Plan for the Indoor School and Coaching projects
  • Administer bookings and manage clients in respect of the Coaching programmes
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of coaching sessions including designing session contents and liaising with coaches
  • Be the point of contact for all enquiries relating to the Indoor School and Coaching programmes
  • Assist EISA Manager in the account management of schools and clubs
  • To promote the Hampshire Cricket in the Community strategy and understand the role of EISA within that

Skills

  • Substantive experience and knowledge of cricket
  • Experience in managing people 
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, dedication to and pride in work
  • Understanding of budgets and financial management 
  • Excellent written and literacy skills. Some experience in copywriting, proof reading and creative writing is essential
  • Full, clean, driving license
  • Creative thinker 
  • Ability to work with multiple departments 
  • An interest in and/or experience in working for a premium brand and/or in the entertainment/ sport industry 
  • Commercially minded 
  • Customer focused
  • Agency management experience
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • UKCC Level 2 Cricket Coaching Certificate or above

Essential personal skills

  • A strong team player but comfortable with responsibility
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are also essential, as he or she will be interacting with a diverse range of people with the aim of establishing long-lasting relationships.
