CRICKET JOBS: Coaches Manager - NZ Cricket (NZ)

We have a vacancy for a Community Coach Manager reporting to the GM Community Cricket. This is a full time role working with the Community Team based at the High Performance Centre Lincoln.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Develop and implement a national community coaching strategy
- Design and promote the national community coaching pathway
- Ensure the quality, consistency and recognition of coaches nationally.
The ideal applicant will:
- Have a true passion for the game
- Have proven experience in the management of Community Coaching
- Have an Accredited Level 3 Cricket Coaching qualification
- Be a strong leader with the ability to influence and support others
