CRICKET JOBS: Cricket Development Officer - Notts CCC (UK)

We are seeking an experienced officer who can utilise customer insight and drive positive change within the recreational game of cricket.

Working alongside leagues, clubs, the paid and voluntary workforce, you will lead transformation plans aligned to the playing, administration and competitive infrastructure of recreational cricket.

You will work closely with the Schools Development Officer to ensure there is an integrated young players offer to maximise transition and retention of players within the game.

We require an innovative individual who can interpret complex data and participation trends and translate them into growth, retention and satisfaction across Nottinghamshire.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that participation growth is aligned to club and league engagement plans, which in turn will influence strategic spend and ensure maximum financial leverage for Cricket.
