Reporting to: Cricket Partnerships Women in Cricket Steering Group Representative – ECB 

Roles: 

1. Confirm and ensure venues for 4 x festivals are appropriate. To maintain relationship throughout planning and actual delivery. Initial point of contact for all arrangements 

2. Venue manage 2 of the festivals and recruit and manage 2 x other venue managers for other festivals 

3. Engage with relevant departments within ECB to activate full support and impact of festivals to achieve a great experience for participants 

4. Recruit teams to compete in competition in advance and work with them throughout to establish outcomes and objectives of festival to ensure full engagement and satisfaction 

5. Recruit and manage appropriate volunteers for festivals (helpers, officials, coaches) with support of appropriate membership bodies 

6. Continually promote activity both pre, during and post events to inspire and celebrate womens cricket 

7. Develop best practice guides and support documents that aid local festival delivery 

8. Support local leagues / clubs to develop their own festivals
