Cricket NSW is seeking a motivated and energetic person for the role of GM, Cricket Performance. The GM, Cricket Performance is responsible for ensuring NSW is the No.1 performing State, county or province in the cricket world.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring NSW players, coaches and umpires are developed to their full potential as quickly and efficiently as possible, on and off the field, and that NSW teams, players and officials meet the excellent standards of performance expected by our fans and other stakeholders
• Ensuring we have the best available people in all key positions, including our contracted players list, our coaching pathway and our support functions
• Ensuring we have the best structure for our male and female pathway competitions
• Overseeing the operational elements of NSW elite cricket
• Ensuring we have a strong relationship with our current and past players

To be successful in this role it is essential you have:

• Intelligence, drive and people & leadership skills
• Demonstrable results in elite sport
• Commitment to making Cricket NSW the No.1 domestic cricket organisation in the world and sports organisation in Australia and the ability to drive the change and innovation required to do so

It is desirable you have:

• Deep knowledge and experience of cricket
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
