CRICKET JOBS: Groundsperson - Warwickshire CCC (UK)

Job Title: Groundsperson

Reporting to: Head Groundsman

Hours: 40 per week with flexible approach as weekend work will be essential throughout the summer.

Salary: From £16,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) plus lieu hours

A groundsperson is required to join the established grounds team at the Edgbaston Cricket stadium in Birmingham – home to Warwickshire County Cricket Club as well as Test and International cricket.

Ideally the candidate will have NVQ Level 2 in sports turf maintenance or equivalent, plus minimum of 2 years’ experience of working at a cricket or multisport site. You must enjoy working to high standards, have good communication skills plus the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
