We have a vacancy within our High Performance team for a High Performance Coach Development Manager. This is a new full time role based at our High Performance Centre in Christchurch.

The HP Coach Development Manager will create and implement talent identification and individual development programmes for our emerging and existing high performance coaches. This manager will work with the Community Cricket Coach Manager to ensure alignment between high performance and community coaching philosophies and to ensure a smooth pathway for emerging coaches.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Coach education experience at an elite level
• 
  
• Knowledge of high performance coaching processes
  
• 
  
• Knowledge and experience with game analysis software (i.e, Feedback Cricket, GameBreaker, SportsCode
