Following the promotion of members of the Department, Abingdon School is seeking to appoint two full time teachers of Physical Education. In addition, there is an opportunity for candidates with the appropriate experience to take on the responsibility for being teacher in charge of Hockey, Cricket, Tennis or Football.

This in an extremely exciting time for the School, as they take on the lease of Tilsley Park, a local Council-owned sporting facility. Significant investment is planned for the coming years.

Contributions to extra-curricular activities are expected from all members of the Common Room and most assume a pastoral role within the school in addition to their teaching duties. The School offers several attractive benefits. Accommodation may be available.
