JOBS: Player Pathway Development Officer - Notts CCC

You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality cricket coaching across the County with specific responsibility for ‘The Nottinghamshire Way’ our unique performance pathway.

This role has dedicated responsibility for Sub County, County Age Groups and Emerging Players both boys and girls Countywide.

You will be a UKCC3 Cricket Coach or equivalent.  Experience of coaching junior elite cricketers, knowledge of ECB Player Pathways and an understanding of LTAD is essential.

A key part of the role will be your ability to plan, deliver and evaluate various elements of the Nottinghamshire Player Pathway and work closely with a network of coaches & managers to achieve this.
