The BLACKCAPS Selector will support the Head Coach of BLACKCAPS in the selection of playing squads and will provide a recommended list each year of the players to be contracted to NZC, together with any replacements as and when required. The Selector will also contribute to the selection of the New Zealand A team and the scouting of first class cricket. From time to time you will assist with press releases and other communications around selection decisions.
 

We’re looking for someone with a thorough understanding of the internal workings of cricket at both a domestic and international level and experience of athlete management database administration in a high performance environment. You’ll also need to be a strong and clear communicator with the ability to deliver tough messages with compassion.
